Then certain brokers and NAR said you can’t use the words MLS in your url for idx listings.  So we have decided to open up our url to the NLS which is a National Listing Service but not better than an MLS for the consumer.  It is separate from any of the other New Jersey Multiple Listing Services or pay to play listing service website.  We like to think it is the preferred site for the New Jersey home buyer or seller looking for Bergen County New Jersey Real Estate Listings.  We created this because were here to help you the consumer.
